No. Aux fan is run from the sensor switch in the right side of the radiator.
Clutch fan (engine driven fan) is fully automatic and dependant on viscous fluid and nothing electrical.

AC doesn't blow at all or doesn't blow cold?
No temp sensor, besides the ones inside the dash at the evaporator, have anything to do with the AC engaging or not. These can be overridden by turning the driver's temperature control dial to the cold detent.
Look to see if the compressor's clutch is engaging when you turn on the AC. If it is not then one of the interlocks is not allowing the system to run. Low pressure (not enough refrigerant), high pressure (too much refrigerant), defective AC relay, are common causes of failure. Most common is a low refrigerant charge.
Wal-Mart and Pep Boys in US, Canadian Tire and KMS Tools in Canada sell recharge kits. You don't show your car in your sig so I don't know the year... select R134A for R134A systems and R12a for R12 systems. Always use a gauge when charging the system and follow the instructions on the package.

I don't know the same things that you don't know.
