My friends new 5 has many of those features, and it rides an drives really nice. We checked out a new 7 at the dealer a couple of months ago and it was a site to see. Didn't get to drive it as they had just gotten it off the truck the day before. Sticker was 97k.
You must have spent a couple of hours with it.
