other than the OEM tire manufacturer's new tire warranty. Unless tires are specifically mentioned in your warranty documents, assume these are a wear item that will be your responsibility. Now if the tires have worn in an odd manner and the vehicel is new, the you may have a claim under the vehicle warranty that the tires were damaged by other suspension issues and the dealer may cover the tires in that case.
