Fixed :) thanks for the info, it does eject after you hold the eject button, however it does not change the boot priority back to normal. Basically after i took the CD out i had a black screen and the power light was off. In order to fix it i disconnected the battery, connected it back up, put a known working OS cd into the drive after which it booted to it and said that my software is up to date. Then it ejected the CD rebooted to normal mode and booted all happy...

still cant get radio into service mode though....
