I have a 650p and my wife has a 680p. I am a Microsoft bigot, but have carried 10+ phones with their OS (they are a major partner of my employer)and have yet to find one that works as reliable as my Palm. Give them a year....... on the other hand, Palm is coming out with Linux in '07 to replace the old Garnet Palm OS.
