I just did a quick search though, and have found the 6-901-456 on ebay from a 99 530d (MKII). Someone on 7er.com also sold the -940 module from his 750 when he upgraded to 16:9, so it's a 4:3 module only. Whether it's MKI or II+, I'm not sure. He doesn't have his model year listed.
