I just responded to someones email and thought I would share my limited knowledge on making the TV video module harness. I have done a few of these in the past, but it has been a while since I built one.

The 18 pin Blue comes from the car harness, to the TV, then you need the white plug to go from the video module with those pins I sent the wiring of to the Blue plug of the navigation computer. The blue pins correspond to the blue pins on the harness. Then you need 3 wires coming off that plug for power ground and Ibus going from the white harness to the cars original blue harness. OR you can get a BMW navigation connecting lead and make some changes, from openbmw.org

In order to connect the Video Module to the Navigation Computer, a Video Module Harness must be created. The Video Module Harness can be created using a Navigation Connecting Lead (P/N 61 12 8 377 436). The Navigation Connecting Lead consists of a purple and a blue 18-pin connector on one end and a white 18-pin connector on the other end along with a white and a black large 6-pin connector and a small black 6-pin connector. Unwrap the tape holding the Navigation Connecting Lead together so that you have 2 cables. The cable with the blue 18-pin connector on one end and the white 18-pin connector on the other is your Video Module Harness. There are three wires (brown/black, red/green, and a striped white) going into a large white 6-pin connector on the Video Module Harness. Cut these wires from the 6-pin connector and splice them to the same color-coded wires on the car's blue 18-pin Navigation Computer connector. Once the Video Module is installed, the car's blue 18-pin Navigation Computer connector will instead plug into the Video Module blue socket, the Video Module Harness white connector will plug into the Video Module white socket, and the Video Module Harness blue connector will plug into the Navigation Computer blue socket. The Navigation Computer purple connector remains attached to the Navigation Computer purple socket.

In order to enable video and audio inputs to the Video Module, connect two RCA cables or RCA sockets as follows to the Video Module Harness white connector:

#4 composite video in signal
#5 composite video in ground
#6 audio in signal
#15 audio in ground
